Our new registration system is managed by Regonline. Once registered in the system you will be choosing a password that will allow you to return and change your personal information, abstract, registration, add workshops, meals, accommodation etc. In our system you'll also be able to register only for workshops or simply post an abstract.

SAND 2010 registration price structure and timeline

• Discounted 100 tickets or August 1st - $350
• Regular 100 tickets or October 1st - $395
• Late until October 15th - $425
• At the door (if available) - $450
• Workshops - if registered for the conference $45 and $55 at the door
• Workshops Only - $65 and $85 at the door
  

Meals are not included in the above prices.

Meals:
Choice of Raw, Vegatarian or Omnivore menu is available.

• Full Meal Plan - $135
  includes 3 Dinners (Thurs/Fri/Sat) and 3 Lunches (Fri/Sat/Sun).
• Lunch - $20
• Dinner - $35

We strongly recommend conference attendees to reserve their meals in advance. There will be only 150 meals available and we expect over 500 people. You can purchase the meals thought our conference registration system.

Groups registration:
Groups of at least 4 will receive a 10% discount on the conference registration. To register as a group one of the members should register on our system and will then be allowed to choose the “group registration option” and add the data for the other individual on the registration system.

Refund policy:

$ 50 admin fee charged for cancellations until Oct 1st 2010

$ 100 admin fee charged for cancellations from Oct 1st to Oct 15th

No refund after October 15th.

By registering on our system you will be able to transfer the registration name at any time at no charge avoiding cancellation fees!
