Join SAND for an online, by-donation Community Gathering with Richard Strozzi-Heckler, Ph.D., founder of the Strozzi Institute (SI) and developer of Strozzi somatic work, in conversation with SAND co-founders Zaya & Maurizio Benazzo.

In today’s rapidly changing world, many of us sense an urgency to embrace our fundamental selves, and engage in the world in a way that feels true and authentic. Richard explored how SI somatic practices can help us to let go of old conditioning and thrive in a way that aligns with our personal vision and values.
