& Analysis Manager

SAND is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a part-time Application Integration, Data Tracking & Analysis Manager. This role is crucial in understanding and improving our user engagement and driving data-informed decision-making across the platforms we use. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and access while maintaining compliance across the following platforms and technologies:

Google Analytics

  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior
  • Identify trends in events, article, video, and podcast engagement
  • Track conversion rates for memberships, courses, and events
  • Optimize Google Analytics setup and implementation
  • Implement Google tags for cross-platform tracking
  • Monitor and report on Google Search Console data

SEO

  • Enhance SEO beyond default installations
  • Evaluate and potentially implement YoastSEO Pro
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic reach

Thrivecart and Conversion Optimization

  • Track and analyze user journey from website to Thrivecart
  • Identify and address drop-off points in the purchase funnel
  • Improve user experience from site navigation to final purchase
  • Analyze and optimize donation-to-engagement conversion rates

Platform Integration

  • Explore and implement new Zoom features relevant to our operations
  • Create a comprehensive SAND Analytics Dashboard that consolidates data from all platforms

Email Marketing

  • Develop strategies to increase engagement and conversions from our 600k+ email list
  • Implement and test lead magnets (e.g., free gifts for joining the email list)
  • Create and optimize a weekly newsletter featuring blog, video, and podcast content

Podcast Analytics

  • Monitor listener engagement and growth
  • Track conversion rates from podcast call-to-actions (CTAs)
  • Implement GA integration for podcast-driven conversions

YouTube Strategy

  • Analyze subscriber-to-view ratio and develop improvement strategies
  • Propose and implement content strategies to increase engagement
  • Explore opportunities for repurposing content (e.g., reposting old videos, creating clips)

Social Media Analytics

  • Improve tracking and analysis of Facebook and Instagram performance
  • Analyze conversion rates from social media platforms
  • Develop data-driven social media strategies

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital analytics, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, app integration, and various marketing platforms
  • Experience with email marketing and conversion rate optimization
  • Familiarity with podcast and YouTube analytics
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and strategy
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks online is a plus

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Thrivecart or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of API integrations and data synchronization across platforms
  • Familiarity with dashboard creation tools

Additional Experience:

  • Data Privacy and Compliance: Ensuring data collection and usage comply with relevant laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools
  • Marketing Attribution Modeling: Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models
  • Machine Learning/AI: Familiarity with ML/AI applications in marketing analytics
  • Data Visualization: Proficiency with tools like Tableau or PowerBI
  • Tag Management: Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP): Knowledge of CDPs for unifying customer data
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Emphasis on CRO as a key responsibility
  • Content Performance Analysis: Expertise in analyzing performance across different content types
  • Funnel Analysis: Strong skills in identifying and optimizing conversion pathways
