Efu has developed a method that integrates ancestral wisdom from her Snail Clan in Tanzania, Somatic Therapy, and Family Constellations. Her approach helps resolve PTSD, depression, addiction, chronic illness, and more by releasing trauma at the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
