Meeting Ourselves with Kindness and Heartfelt Wisdom

Video with

Many of us struggle these days with grief, sadness, fear, and frustration that have their roots earlier on in our lives. Given the unusual nature of our current situation, our familiar strategies and defenses for dealing with these experiences may not be available or just don’t work. Perhaps one of the gifts of this time is the sacred opportunity to be with ourselves in a way that is new and potentially deeply healing.

This conversation will explore ways to soften into our most difficult inner experiences. Everything is invited out of the shadows of shame and unconsciousness and into the safety of the loving space of being aware. Untangling the pain of feeling separate from Life, we’ll open to the possibility of wholeness, expansion, and intimacy with all that is.

This talk is hosted by Katie Gray.
