SAND co-founder Zaya Benazzo talks to Sasha Cobra at SAND Italy. Sasha explains that we have been taught to forget our power and our sensual and sexual nature, and tells us how the energy of orgasmic states pushes out the feelings that do not belong in the body. She invites us to bring sexuality into our lives, to stop caring what others think. Getting out of the mind and into the body returns us to our natural state and our true nature.
